National Lottery Community Funding for Falkirk East
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the groups from the Falkirk East constituency on being awarded a combined total of £32,032, in the latest funding round from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that Westquarter & Redding Community School Project received £8,000 to support its annual programme of activities from the local community; understands that Grangemouth Stags RFC was awarded £5,000 towards its community sensory garden project; recognises that Martha's Pantry received £10,000 to support its vital work within the rural communities of Slamannan and Limerigg, tackling food poverty; notes that the Zetland Men's Shed received £9,032 towards developing a new workspace to facilitate skill sharing and mentoring within the Grangemouth Men’s Shed community; congratulates these community groups on being awarded the National Lottery Community Fund grants, and wishes them the best of luck as they progress with their respective projects.
