Kip Marina Employee Recognised at Yacht Harbour Association Marina Awards 2023

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Daniel Mellor, assistant marina manager of Kip Marina in Inverkip, on being named The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) Marina Employee of the Year at the recent annual Marina Awards; understands that winners of the TYHA Marina Awards were announced at the Southampton International Boat Show on 20 September 2023; notes that these awards are voted for by berth holders, celebrate the very best marinas in the UK and overseas and provide an opportunity to recognise marinas that go above and beyond, offering outstanding quality and service to their berth holders and visitors; acknowledges that Kip Marina was announced as runner up for TYHA’s Coastal Marina of the Year; believes that this award highlights Daniel’s commitment to his role, and wishes him and all the staff at Kip Marina all the best for the future.
