NHS Grampian, a Real Living Wage Scotland Champion

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates NHS Grampian on winning the Outstanding Leadership award at the Living Wage Scotland Awards 2023; understands that the award reflects NHS Grampian’s work in supporting the real Living Wage not only for its own employees, but also for its contractors and apprentices, as well as for its role as an anchor organisation; congratulates all the staff at NHS Grampian, and its contractors, who have worked to support the real Living Wage, and agrees with NHS Grampian that "making sure people are paid reasonable wages and have reasonable conditions has a knock-on impact on their health and on the health of their wider family".
