Scallop’s Tale Wins Scottish Fish and Chip Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Scallop’s Tale in Bearsden North on achieving a blue ribbon at the Good Food Awards in the Good Chippy award section, and highly recommended in the Best Dine in Restaurant category; understands that blue ribbons are awarded to fish and chip shops across Scotland for serving top-quality food, positive customer reviews and keeping high hygiene standards; further understands that Scallop’s Tale prides itself on using fresh ingredients, having well-presented food and creating fish and chips that are made with the same refinement as an a la carte seafood dish, and wishes it every success in the future.
