Macaulay College Receives Health and Social Care Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Macaulay College CIC, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, on winning the Health and Social Care Award during the Social Enterprise Scotland 2023 Awards; notes that the award recognises organisations that deliver excellent support to their users and customers around a health and social care mission, including physical and mental health as well as wellbeing; understands that Macaulay Farm provides people with additional social and educational requirements with a programme of activities that encourages them to have meaningful and fulfilling working and social lives, and congratulates all the winning and shortlisted organisations at the annual Social Enterprise Awards Scotland, which took place at the Scottish Parliament on 26 October 2023.
