Ceartas Advocacy Kirkintilloch Receives Three Years of National Lottery Funding
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Ceartas Advocacy Services on receiving a £122,938 grant from the National Lottery Medium Grants Scotland: Improving Lives Fund; understands that the Kirkintilloch-based group will use this funding to deliver a programme of activities that will support its local community; further understands that this funding will provide a programme of wellbeing and will build resilience by providing opportunities to participate in the wider community and access services independently, while also responding to the needs of nearby residents; believes that Ceartas is providing a range of services through which to engage with people of all ages in the community, and wishes it all the best as it continues to deliver services within the heart of East Dunbartonshire.
