Helensburgh Lifeboat Volunteer Retires after 32 Years of Service

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Robin Lane on his dedication to Helensburgh’s lifeboat station; recognises his role in the saving of 65 lives in local waters; understands that he is hailed by his fellow crewmates for being the heartbeat of the local volunteer service; considers that he showed commitment to the protection of safety within the area, and had a strong impact on improving the local RNLI station, and thanks Robin for his impact on the local community.
