Stirling Wolves Win FOSROC Super Series Championship
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Stirling Wolves on winning the FOSROC Super Series Championship for the first time; understands that Stirling Wolves won 19-29 in a rousing final against Ayrshire Bulls in front of over 1,000 spectators at the Hive Stadium, Edinburgh on 18 November 2023; notes that the FOSROC Super6 was launched in November 2019 and features six franchise teams, Ayrshire Bulls, Boroughmuir Bears, Watsonians, Heriot’s Rugby, Southern Knights and Stirling Wolves, with part-time professional players and full-time coaches; further notes that it aims to bridge the gap between amateur and professional rugby as the first step on the high-performance rugby ladder in senior adult rugby, and wishes Stirling Wolves future success in the coming season.
