Buckie Christmas Kracker
The motion
The Parliament congratulates the Buckie community group, Kracker and Christmas Lights Committee, on the highly successful 13th Christmas Kracker event held in the Banffshire and Buchan Coast town; notes with appreciation that approximately 3,000 people attended the festivities, which included a fancy dress parade, a spectacular fireworks display, Santa's grotto, and the town's Christmas lights switch-on; extends its best wishes to the dedicated community champions, who continue to make this event a cherished highlight of the festive period in the Buckie area, and wishes them continued success in the future.
