Alexandria Woman Raises £13,340 for Two Charities in Memory of Mum and Sister

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Caitlin Ross from Alexandria, along with her partner, Allan, and her family and friends, on their recent fundraising success for RSABI, which supports people in Scottish agriculture, and for Diabetes UK, in memory of Caitlin’s sister, Iona, and mum, Shona, who sadly passed away in March and May 2023 respectively, and notes that Caitlin organised a stock-judging competition held on the Luss Estate, which, due to the impact of Storm Babet, had to be rescheduled and, once it was held, raised a fantastic £6,670 for each charity.
