Three Awards for Ayrshire College

That the Parliament congratulates Ayrshire College on winning the Health and Wellbeing Award and the Research Project of the Year Award at the College Development Network (CDN) College Awards, and the Benefitting Award at the Green Gown Awards UK and Ireland; understands that the Green Gown Award was given for the college's Connecting Communities initiative, which aims to address inequality and improve the lives of those in Ayrshire; notes that the CDN College Awards recognised the talent, innovation and achievements demonstrated by Scotland’s colleges, their staff and their learners, while the Green Gown Awards showcased a diverse array of innovative projects that universities and colleges across the UK and Ireland are currently leading to create a positive change; understands that Ayrshire College is now a finalist for the International Green Gown Awards, which will take place in June 2024; congratulates Ayrshire College on winning three awards, and wishes it the best of luck at the International Green Gown Awards.
