Bothwell Hairstylist Wins Scots Hairdresser of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Bothwell hairstylist, David Corbett, on winning Scots Hairdresser of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards 2023, which were held in London in early December; understands that David took first place and won praise for his outstanding technical and creative expertise; further understands that his showpieces, Highland Fling, were inspired by the late, great Vivienne Westwood, and wishes David well in his future endeavours.
