Recognising Molton Brown Closing for a Mental Health Day

The motion

That the Parliament recognises that Molton Brown will close all its stores and offices across the UK on 15 January 2024 for its "Our Mental Health Day", which is fully supported by its parent company Kao; congratulates it on recognising the importance of supporting colleagues in their mental health and wellbeing; recognises that this gives people the opportunity to take a day off to restore and recharge, and encourages all businesses and organisations to evaluate the mental health and wellbeing plans that they have in place for their colleagues.
