The motion

That the Parliament commends NHS Lanarkshire on the launch of its online resource, Lanarkshire Mind Matters, which aims to improve psychological wellbeing and make a positive difference to the lives of people throughout Lanarkshire; understands that the online resource serves as a hub for high-quality mental health self-help resources, offering a wide variety of evidence-based programmes and tools that allow people to navigate their individual mental health journey; notes that these programmes are run by psychological professionals and aim to offer tailored support for a range of mental health problems, providing new ways of coping and making changes, all at each person's pace; welcomes what it sees as this significant effort to continue improving the mental health and wellbeing of people across Lanarkshire, and believes that these kinds of services are crucial, particularly as the beginning of the year can be a challenging period and, it understands, feeling quite blue is common.
