Subsea Expo Awards 2024

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the announcement of the 2024 finalists at the Subsea Expo Awards; notes that the 2024 ceremony sees 14 companies being shortlisted across six categories, and that this year’s award ceremony is scheduled to take place on 21 February at P&J Live in the Aberdeen Donside constituency, with around 500 guests expected to attend on the night; recognises that that the awards ceremony helps recognise and celebrate individuals and companies who are leading the way in the UK’s underwater sectors; understands that the awards ceremony is one of the highlights of the three-day Subsea Expo exhibition and conference, which is due to take place from 20 to 22 February 2024, with around 6,000 visitors expected to attend over the course of the event; commends everyone nominated for an award, and wishes them the best for the ceremony.
