NHS Lanarkshire Launches Children and Young People Mental Health Directory of Services and Resources
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates NHS Lanarkshire on the launch of the Children and Young People Mental Health Directory of Services and Resources; understands that the directory will help Lanarkshire’s young people and their families access the mental health services and support that they feel suit them and their circumstances best, including online workshops, websites and helplines; notes that the directory was developed by University Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire, and is a result of extensive engagement with children and young people across Lanarkshire and a range of stakeholders; understands that the directory is hosted on the NHS Lanarkshire website and encourages parents, children and young people of North and South Lanarkshire to use what it sees as this invaluable resource; applauds NHS Lanarkshire for what it considers to be its extensive and continuous efforts in providing high-quality care and support to the residents of Lanarkshire, and wishes everyone involved in developing and implementing the new service all the best in the future.
