Budget (Scotland) (No. 3) Bill

As an amendment to motion S6M-12096 in the name of Shona Robison (Budget (Scotland) (No. 3) Bill), insert at end ", but, in so doing, believes that this must be a Budget that prioritises tackling child poverty; notes the previous calls of organisations such as the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and IPPR Scotland for the Scottish Child Payment to be increased to £40 a week, and further notes the calls on the Scottish Government to deliver an increase to the Scottish Child Payment to £40 per week and immediately fund the full roll-out of free school meals for all primary school children."
