Craigneuk Lifelong Learning awarded £10,000 from The National Lottery Community Fund
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Craigneuk Lifelong Learning on receiving £10,000 from The National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the group has provided school uniforms to local children as well as providing food parcels and essential items from its established co-operative; further understands that the funding will allow for Craigneuk Lifelong Learning to continue its community co-operative, which supports 50 to 60 locals weekly; recognises what it sees as Craigneuk Lifelong Learning’s continued commitment to tackling food insecurity; thanks The National Lottery for its continued support to communities across Scotland, and wishes Craigneuk Lifelong Learning all the best for the future.
