Senior Leadership Group, Buckie Community High School
The motion
That the Parliament commends the work of a group of Buckie Community High School pupils, whose work as part of the Senior Leadership Group raised £388.79 for Macmillan Cancer Support; understands that the six S5 and S6 pupils raised the money from holding a home bake sale and turning fancy pieces into charity cash, and notes the fantastic work of the leadership group at Buckie Community High School, which, it believes, is a course that empowers young people to be the community leaders of the future.
