Celebrating the Launch of CrossFit MTN’s Raw Gymnastics Club, Based in Castlemilk

The motion

That the Parliament celebrates the recent announcement by CrossFit MTN that it has launched a gymnastics club for children, from newborn to seven years old; appreciates the efforts of Debbie McCready and Robert McCready, who own CrossFit MTN in Castlemilk, to give children the opportunity to access extracurricular activities; understands that the club is aimed at enhancing the physical, mental and emotional development of young people in Glasgow; further understands that the club has four classes, each aimed at a particular age group; considers that clubs like this offer a valuable opportunity to help children develop their skills and explore hobbies that they may enjoy, and believes that initiatives like this by CrossFit MTN should be celebrated and encouraged.
