New MSYP’s Elected for Clydebank and Milngavie
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Rebecca Ross from Clydebank High and Arianna Gagnon from Douglas Academy on their election as the Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament (MSYP) for Clydebank and Milngavie; understands that they will be the voice for young people in the area and want to tackle issues that face them; further understands that the Scottish Youth Parliament is the democratically elected voice of Scotland's young people and welcomes the opportunities that it brings younger generations to participate in democracy and discuss the changes that they wish to see, and wishes Rebecca and Arianna all the best for their term in the Scottish Youth Parliament.
