The motion

That the Parliament recognises Paul Keenan, a singer from Wishaw, on completing a 187km, seven-day trek through the Tramuntana Mountains in Mallorca in aid of St Andrew’s Hospice and Little Princess Trust; understands that personal experiences and a touching encounter during a performance inspired Paul to raise funds for both organisations; notes that Paul raised £5,000 for St Andrew’s Hospice, and £4,400 for the Little Princess Trust, as well as donating a length of hair to the latter organisation; commends Paul for his fundraising efforts, and wishes him the best for the future.
