Phoenix Girls FC Receives £500 Grant from Asda Foundation

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Phoenix Girls FC on receiving a grant of £500 from Asda Foundation projects; understands that the funding will support a grassroots team of junior girls, aged from seven to 10; further understands that the club is one year old and has 166 girls in regular training, along with 39 coaches supporting the club; believes that the club supports the players' mental and physical health and provides a safe environment for them to achieve their goals of becoming excellent footballers, and wishes the club every success for the future.
