Food Shack Fife CIC Awarded Asda Foundation Grant
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the Asda Foundation's grant of £600 to Food Shack Fife CIC; understands that the Asda Foundation is a charitable company that provides grants to a range of good causes in Scotland, with each project nominated by local people and communities; further understands that the Asda Foundation has invested more than £1.5 million in community projects and good causes in Scotland over the last two years; notes that Asda Foundation Grants are open to groups helping communities to address the rising cost of living, as well as those working to improve the lives of children and young people; encourages constituents to nominate local groups and organisations in their local Asda stores that may benefit from funding in the future; wishes all those involved at Food Shack Fife CIC all the very best in the support that they are providing, and thanks them for doing so.
