The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Central Athletic Club on winning the Senior Men's National Road Relay in Livingston on 23 March 2024; understands that Central Athletic Club beat over 50 other clubs to win the road relay by a comfortable margin, ahead of Giffnock North Athletics Club, and that the team was made up of Ben MacMillan, Cameron Milne, Alastair Marshall, Luca Fanottoli, Kieran Reilly and Calum Phillip, who led the field over all six legs of the race, resulting in the gold medal win, which is the third consecutive gold medal win for Central Athletic Club in the Senior Men's National Road Relay, and notes that Central Athletic Club has four training locations, in Stirling, Alloa, Balfron and Callander, where their nearly 400 members are offered training and competition opportunities in the disciplines of track and field, cross-country, road running and hill running.
