Congratulating Ayrshire Hospice Respite and Response Service

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the team at the Ayrshire Hospice Respite and Response service on being awarded an excellent rating by the Care Inspectorate; understands that the Respite and Response service was established in 2022, and that this was the first evaluation carried out by the Care Inspectorate; further understands that the Care Inspectorate interviewed service users and professional colleagues for their opinions and experience, and that the team was awarded one excellent and three very good ratings; commends all at the Respite and Response service for what it sees as the incredible support and care that they offer to their patients and loved ones, and wishes the service every success in the future.
