That the Parliament congratulates what it sees as the innovative accommodation, The Bus Stop, at Bankrugg Farm near Gifford in East Lothian, on reaching the final of Scotland’s Greatest Escape, and for achieving full marks in the budget-friendly category; notes the significant competition that was faced by The Bus Stop, with over 1,400 public nominations for the programme; understands the importance of innovative local businesses such as The Bus Stop, which uses renovated buses as holiday accommodation, not only for their local economy but nationally; praises the owner, Sandy Stewart, his family and the team for their success, dedication and commitment, and wishes The Bus Stop the very best for the future.
