Kurtis Fang, North Lanarkshire’s Scottish Young Musician-Solo Performer of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Kurtis Fang, a pupil at Coltness High School, on being awarded North Lanarkshire’s Scottish Young Musician Solo Performer of the Year award; notes that Kurtis performed Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No.17 in D Minor; understands that, as a result of his award, he will now represent North Lanarkshire in the Scottish Young Musician Final, which is to be held at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland on 26 May 2024; commends Kurtis for his success, and wishes him all the best for the future.
