Aon Ghuth, Singing and Signing Gaelic Choir, to Perform at the Royal National Mod

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Aon Ghuth, the newly formed singing and signing Gaelic choir in Oban, on its first public appearance, at the opening night of the 2024 Royal National Mod in October; understands that Aon Ghuth could be a world first and commends Arlene McLeod on setting up the Gaelic choir, which uses Makaton, a sign-language tool used by people with learning and communication difficulties, and wishes Aon Ghuth every success for the future.
