Davie Wilson Steps Down after 43 Years
The motion
That the Parliament commends Davie Wilson, of Newmains, on his selfless volunteering efforts across the community as he steps down as a member of the Newmains and District Gala Day Committee; believes that his dedication and commitment over the past 43 years have been extremely important in helping to support local people and community events, and in playing a pivotal role in encouraging community spirit and assisting those in need; commends the efforts and commitment of Davie, and wishes him all the very best for the future.
