Milngavie’s Annual Duck Race

The motion

That the Parliament applauds Allander Rotary Club on the success of another exciting duck race along the river Allander; understands that over £1,600 was raised for charity, including Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS), East Dunbartonshire Foodbank and Changing Lives Malawi; appreciates the efforts of Milngavie Scouts in ensuring that all the ducks are collected from the river, and celebrates community organisations working together for good causes.
