Congratulating PROCAST Group and Home Energy Lanarkshire on Winning Scotland Energy Efficiency Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Hamilton businesses, Home Energy Lanarkshire and PROCAST Group, on taking top prizes at the Scotland Energy Efficiency Awards; recognises that the Scotland Energy Efficiency Awards honour companies and individuals working in the energy efficiency industry who undertake vital work helping people to save energy, reduce their bills and protect the environment; understands that Home Energy Lanarkshire received the award for Vulnerable Customer Support Organisation of the Year, an accolade reserved for a business that has demonstrated commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable people through energy efficiency; further understands that PROCAST Group was named Regional Insulation and Fabric Installer of the Year, an award that recognises one exceptional company that installs or maintains insulation or other building fabric systems, provides excellent customer service and demonstrates a high standard of quality workmanship within its local community; commends both companies for their achievements within the energy industry, and wishes them the very best for the future.
