Kraken Chippy East Kilbride Fundraises for West Mains School Parent Council

The motion

That the Parliament commends the Kraken Chippy in East Kilbride on its fundraising efforts in aid of West Mains School Parent Council; understands that the parent council was in need of a mobile cooker to enable pupils to explore new experiences through food while in the safety and comfort of the school environment; notes that the Kraken raised enough to allow the parent council to purchase the new cooker, which it believes is a fantastic display of community spirit, and thanks the Kraken for its ongoing commitment to supporting the community of East Kilbride.
