Milngavie and Bearsden Swimming Club Awarded Aquamark Level 1 Accreditation

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Milngavie and Bearsden Swimming Club, which is based at Allander Leisure Centre, on being awarded an Aquamark Level 1 accreditation; understands that the award sets the club on the first step of the three-part process to celebrate that it is meeting the standards set by Scottish Swimming; recognises this as evidence of the club's commitment to providing an inclusive, sustainable and engaging environment for all swimmers; understands that it has been going strong for 55 years and supports swimmers of all ages to in learning about, competing in and developing the sport, and wishes the club and its members all the best for the future.
