Greg Middleton, RISE Leader of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Greg Middleton, director of operations and service development at Circle Health Group, for being named Leader of the Year at the company’s RISE Awards; understands that Greg, from Greenock, is based at the Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow but his role also has him working for other hospitals across Scotland; recognises that the Circle Health Group states that its RISE Awards celebrate talented, compassionate, caring professionals who push the boundaries of healthcare; applauds Greg for his commitment to his job; understands that during the presentation of the award he was described as someone who "empowers colleagues to develop their skills, trust their ability, and perform at their best", and wishes him all the best as he continues to demonstrate excellent leadership.
