Great Britain Over 70s Masters Basketball Team Win European Championships
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates 70-year old Bobby Morton, former pupil of Plean Primary School and The High School of Stirling, on being part of the Great Britain Over 70s Masters Basketball Team that won the M70 at the FIMBA Maxi Basketball 2024 European Championship in Pesaro, Italy on 30 June 2024; understands that the team beat teams from Lithuania, Italy, Ukraine, United States of America, Germany and Japan to clinch the title of M70 European Champions.
