Retirement of Banffshire Community Champion
The motion
That the Parliament applauds the community work of Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Banffshire, Vinay Ruparelia, on his retirement from the role; recognises Vinay's dedication and passion for the community of Banffshire and its people over the years, offering wise words, encouragement and kindness; considers that Vinay has been an inspiration to so many, and wishes Vinay a long and happy retirement.
