Great Taste Awards for East Neuk Kilnhouse

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the achievement of East Neuk Kilnhouse in winning three awards for its products in the Great Taste Awards; understands that the awards are the world’s largest food and drink accreditation scheme, based entirely on taste; notes that, among more than 14,000 entries, the company’s hot smoked trout was one of only 1.8% of products to be awarded a three-star award for extraordinarily tasty food and drink; further notes that East Neuk Kilnhouse also won two-star awards for its hot smoked salmon and its traditional smoked salmon, for outstanding taste; commends the business for its hard work in achieving this recognition, and wishes it well in its continued endeavours.
