The Hillend Tavern Named Scottish Pub of the Year 2024

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates The Hillend Tavern, Main St, Hillend, Fife, on being named Scottish Pub of the Year 2024, for the second time in a row; recognises that the popular pub got the top prize from the Kingdom of Fife Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA); further recognises that it recently secured the Pub of the Year title from the Scotland and Northern Ireland branch of CAMRA, and the Kingdom of Fife Pub of the Year title; understands that CAMRA is a consumer organisation that aims to promote quality real ale, cider and perry, as well as successful pubs in communities; congratulates all the staff and customers on achieving such an accolade, and wishes them all the best for the future.
