Energy Agency Nominated at Ayrshire Business Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Energy Agency on being selected as a finalist in the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2024 in the categories of Driving Sustainability, and Innovation; understands that the Ayr-based charitable organisation provides expert advice to households, businesses and communities on energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable transport; recognises that the organisation also installed and owns a renewable hydro scheme, which operates on the River Ayr; congratulates the organisation on its achievement in being selected as a finalist, and wishes it well for the awards ceremony on 4 October 2024.
