Faifley Art Group Competition Winner Announced

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Douglas Nisbet on receiving the Gordon Murdoch Quaich; understands that the Faifley Art Group has an annual exhibition in Clydebank Town Hall, and that visitors are asked to vote for their favourite painting; further understands that, in 2024, Douglas’s artwork of East Loch Tarbet was the winner; celebrates Douglas for receiving the award, and recognises his long-term dedication to serving the Faifley Art Group as secretary; appreciates community art groups such as this, and encourages the public to attend local exhibitions and support local artists like Douglas.
