Congratulations to Seaton School Nursery
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Seaton School Nursery in Aberdeen on being named as the best performing nursery in the 2024 Sunday Times Scottish childcare league table; notes that the nursery, which is run by Aberdeen City Council, was awarded a score of 22 out of 24 by inspectors earlier in February 2024, including scores of "excellent" for staff and leadership and "very good" for setting and care, play and learning; understands that the nursery was also praised by the Care Inspectorate for celebrating diversity and supporting whole families; believes that this accolade reflects the hard work and expertise of the staff at Seaton School Nursery, and wishes the nursery all the best in keeping up the high standard of performance in 2025.
