Ice Candy Polska Szkola Sobotnia
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Ice Candy Polska Szkola Sobotnia on receiving a £10,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that this one-year project will deliver arts and crafts sessions to children and young people in Aberdeen; understands that Ice Candy is a Polish Saturday school that delivers a curriculum designed for Polish children, and that this project will seek to broaden participation among other ethnicities and communities across Aberdeen; believes that this project is a great example of how diverse communities can come together to enrich each other's cultures, and wishes the organisers and participants all the best in their endeavours.
