Supporting the Building of SWG3's New Hotel Project

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes Glasgow City Council’s approval of the new 13-storey hotel project at Eastvale Place and Sandyford Street, adjacent to the SWG3 arts complex; recognises that the hotel, designed as a "hotel for music lovers", will feature a rooftop bar and restaurant, enhancing the city's cultural and hospitality offerings, and commends SWG3 for contributing to Glasgow’s vibrant arts scene and expanding its impact with what it sees as this innovative development, which, it believes, will further boost the local economy and attract visitors.
