Congratulating Andrew Stocks on Winning Clean Up Scotland Hero Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Andrew Stocks, from Helensburgh, on being awarded with a Clean Up Scotland Hero award by Keep Scotland Beautiful for his litter-picking work; understands that the award was announced on 26 August 2024, after he was nominated by his daughter, Helen, who has likewise taken up litter-picking; commends the hard work and community spirit exhibited by Andrew Stocks in spending his free time picking litter and making his local community cleaner, and hopes that his determination will inspire and be a positive influence to others to follow in his footsteps and give back to their communities.
