Congratulating Fin Graham on his Paralympic Gold

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Strathpeffer cyclist, Fin Graham, on winning gold at the Paralympic Games in Paris in the C1-C3 Road Race on 7 September 2024; notes that Fin claimed the Gold medal by 0.20 seconds to win the first Paralympic title of his career; recognises that Fin has built on his success after winning a Silver medal in this event at the Tokyo Paralympic Games; understands that Fin also won a Silver medal at the Paris Games in the C3 3000 Metres Individual Pursuit on 30 August 2024; sends its congratulations to Fin once again, and wishes him all the best for the future.
