Asda Foundation Funds North East Charity and Community Groups

The motion

That the Parliament recognises that Asda Dyce and Asda Middleton Park’s community champions have awarded grants to north-east community groups and charities; notes that the recipients of these grants were Dyce Primary School PTA, Ellon Community Allotments, Abernecessities SCIO, The Living Well Project, Grampian Hospital Radio, and Mastrick Community Centre Association; understands that over £4,000 in grant funding was divided between the organisations to help them with future projects; commends the grant funding efforts of Asda Dyce and Asda Middleton Park for supporting organisations that play an important role in their communities, and wishes them and each organisation all the best for the future.
