That the Parliament congratulates Ronald Stewart Watt on being honoured with the prestigious IBSSA Knights of Cyprus Humanitarian Awards in Hungary; acknowledges his lifelong dedication to martial arts and humanitarian efforts globally; recognises his role in promoting peace, education, and cultural exchange through martial arts, and commends what it sees as his enduring impact on communities and his commitment to using his skills for betterment of society.
