Macmillan Coffee Morning 2024
The motion
That the Parliament recognises that Macmillan Coffee Morning is taking place on 27 September in schools, workplaces and high streets all across the country; further recognises what it sees as the life-changing work of the Macmillan Cancer Charity, providing emotional, practical, physical and financial support for individuals and families at every stage of their cancer experience, and commends Macmillan for helping to bring together communities and raise money to support people living with cancer, having raised over £18 million in 2023.
