Ravenscraig Football Competition Supports Suicide Awareness
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the football competition at Ravenscraig Sports Facility, which was organised to support the suicide prevention campaigns of North and South Lanarkshire councils; commends the over 200 participants, including the high schools, voluntary organisations and groups of friends who took part in the seven-a-side competition, and supports the aims of the event to break the stigma surrounding suicide and encourage open conversations to prevent it.
